The Warsaw Winter Theatre Company investigates how cities perform themselves in an age where simulation and authenticity are impossible to distinguish. Through sustained residency investigations - living in a city for months at a time - WWTC uses postmodern theoretical frameworks as practical tools for understanding urban performance. Current and completed investigations include Warsaw, Belgrade, and ongoing meta-analysis of the methodology itself.

I'm David Henzell, primary resident and founder. I conduct the physical investigations, walk the systematic routes, and produce the documentation.
